01 General Terms & Conditions

Badi Baji (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Badi Baji and its users.

03 Age Verification

Badi Baji only 18 years of age or older For eligible individuals only. If a minor opens an account using false information, the account and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

We reserve the right to verify your age at any time. Failure to provide proof of age will result in account suspension. Badi Baji is fully committed to responsible gaming.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

For deposits and withdrawals on Badi Baji, we support a range of payment methods available in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 200
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit as per the platform's set policy
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 24–72 hours

To prevent money laundering, Badi Baji follows international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Badi Baji offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Specific conditions must be met to qualify for these bonuses.

For all bonuses Wagering Requirement Applicable. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering the required number of times. Any misuse of bonuses or attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account termination.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Badi Baji:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, a full refund will be issued.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting may change at any time.
• Badi Baji reserves the right to void bets placed due to system errors or abnormal odds.
• Match fixing or use of insider information in Sports Betting is strictly prohibited.

Casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring that the outcome of every round is completely random and unbiased. Badi Baji Does not predetermine the outcome of any game.

07 Security & Privacy

08 Prohibited Activities

09 Account Closure & Suspension

Badi Baji reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time and for any reason, particularly if:

• False information was provided during registration
• Participation in prohibited activities
• These Terms and Conditions have been violated
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• The account has been inactive for an extended period

Users may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

10 Responsible Gaming
